Aurora Aksnes is a Norwegian singer and songwriter from Norway. She was born in Stavanger on June 15th, 1996. Her professional name is Aurora. The name of her can also be stylized in the form of AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves by Decca Records was released on May 15th of 2015 and received great reviews from both music bloggers as well as media. She's recorded a variety of well-known covers, such as Half the World Away (by the group Oasis) for John Lewis' Christmas advert as well as Nature Boy (by Nat King Cole) that were widely appreciated.
